Building on firm foundations
Alison had worked in admin for 20 years when she found herself out of work. Despite her wealth of experience though, she felt her age – 51 – was counting against her in a competitive job market.
We reassured her. Confident Alison’s knowledge and maturity would work in her favour, we focused our search on admin jobs, working with her to narrow the final selection down still further. One job interested her particularly. A local motor company needed a receptionist/ administrator and Alison felt it was a role in which she could really make the most of her strengths.
