“Before our business relationship with at work, we were finding it costly to recruit in the London area. What’s more, our screening process wasn’t as effective as we would’ve liked.

Over the last three years however, at work have been a huge help in finding us over 200 retail staff throughout London and the surrounding areas and, on an ad hoc basis, across the country. As well as Temporary Cashiers, Manager’s Assistants and Trainee Deputy Managers, they’re now helping us recruit operators for our call centre in Barking.

A cornerstone of the relationship is a more efficient screening process. at work select candidates using our guidelines, assess suitability through one-to-one pre-selection interviews and invite those who are successful to a group selection event. At this, our Recruiters select candidates for a final interview. It’s a faster, more cost-effective process that delivers better quality staff – a number of our recruits have now progressed to Deputy Manager and Manager positions.

We’re now building on our successes. As well as continuing to source us with their own candidates, at work now manage the initial screening process for all our candidates in the London area.”
